Logan, The Sky Angel Cowboy.
Hello all, I am sure some of you have heard this before but I just had to post this an hope more people will benefit from this message.

Logan, The Sky Angel Cowboy. The Sky Angel Cowboy!

Since posting this audio it has taken on a life of its own. People are forwarding it all over the world. Some corrections… We originally said Logan was 12. He actually turned 13 in August, so we don’t want to deprive him of such a big birthday. Logan listens to us (89.3 KSBJ which broadcasts from Houston, TX) on Sky Angel because he lives on a ranch in a very small town in Nebraska. He called us distraught because he had to take down a calf. His words have wisdom beyond his years.

The annual apparition of our Lady to Mirjana Dragicevic - Soldo on March 18, 2008

Mirjana, March 18th. 2008. The visionary Mirjana Dragicevic - Soldo had daily apparitions from June 24th 1981 to December 25th 1982. During the last daily apparition, Our Lady gave her the 10th secret, and told her that she would appear to her once a year, on the 18th of March. This is how it has been up to to the present time.

This year several thousand pilgrims gathered to pray the Rosary at the Cenacolo community in Medjugorje. The apparition lasted for seven minutes.

Mirjana shared the following:
I have never seen Our Lady address us in this manner. She extended her hands towards us and with her hands extended in this way, she said:

Dear children, today I extend my hands towards you. Do not be afraid to accept them. They desire to give you love and peace and to help you in salvation. Therefore, my children, receive them. Fill my heart with joy and I will lead you towards holiness. The way on which I lead you is difficult and full of temptations and falls. I will be with you and my hands will hold you. Be persevering so that, at the end of the way, we can all together, in joy and love, hold the hands of my Son. Come with me; fear not. Thank you.

The Ant and the Contact Lens - true storry or not, interesting.

Ant - Photo by Diana Vidak Brenda was almost halfway to the top of the tremendous granite cliff. She was standing on a ledge where she was taking a breather during this, her first rock climb. As she rested there, the safety rope snapped against her eye and knocked out her contact lens . 'Great', she thought. 'Here I am on a rock ledge, hundreds of feet from the bottom and hundreds of feet to the top of this cliff, and now my sight is blurry.'

She looked and looked, hoping that somehow it had landed on the ledge. But it just wasn't there.

She felt the panic rising in her, so she began praying. She prayed for calm, and she prayed that she may find her contact lens.

When she got to the top, a friend examined her eye and her clothing for the lens, but it was not to be found. Although she was calm now that she was at the top, she was saddened because she could not clearly see across the range of mountains. She thought of the bible verse 'The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth.'

She thought, 'Lord, You can see all these mountains. You know every stone and leaf, and You know exactly where my contact lens is. Please help me.'

Later, when they had hiked down the trail to the bottom of the cliff they met another party of climbers just starting up the face of the cliff. One of them shouted out, 'Hey, you guys! Anybody lose a contact lens?'

Palm Sunday 2008.

Good afternoon dear friends,

Procession - Palm Sunday As you all know, today is Palm Sunday, it is a tradition in Medjugroje to have a procession from the Blessing! foundations of the old church to the new church, Fr. Karlo and Fr. Tomislav did the service, the whole parish was there. The main celebrant for the holy mass was Fr. Karlo, the passion of Christ is sung and the most part of the holy mass.

There is an umber of other little things that the parish does on this day, the young ones collect throughout lent the so caled "Bead of St. Anthony", all of the youth cut out a part of their pocket money and put it in this little box given to them by the parish and on Palm Sunday they present it as an offering. It is a custom to bring the little box for the high mass and put it in to the basket in front of the alter. Also, the parents, at least those that can, put up a package of household necessities and bring them to the school, the next day the priests organize a truck to bring all of this aid to the parishes in need.

Beauty that I neglect to see!

Dear friends,

Krizevac - night shot I. Today I decided to climb the Cross mountain a bit later than usual, I wanted to be there for sunset. Living in Medjugorje for all of my life, growing up and having this place as my playground, each morning I wake up and the first thing I see when I look out the window is Cross mountain.

Having Cross mountain in my backyard was always something normal, something I never really appreciated, it was just there and that was it. But as I grow and as I spend more time climbing it alone, with my family, friends or the groups I guide, I am starting to realize the beauty and the peace that is given to us there. I went up so many times in my life and I never realized the simplicity and the beauty of the cross and the vista from where it is. The cross is quite simple, it does not belong to any style, baroque, renaissances, it is just plain old reinforced and simple concrete, but it does not need to be fancy to affect people so Krizevac - night shot II. many ways and it gives them the inner peace they  so desire.

The climb today was an eye-opening climb for me, I am thoroughly thankful to God for this and for letting me be there alone tonight. I just felt I needed to share this with you and the rest of the world. Attached are a few photos of the cross and the colored sky.

Fr. Peter Arabia, R.I.P

Fr. Peter Arabia, R.I.P. It is with great sadness and aching hearts that we share the loss of our dear friend and beloved priest, Fr. Peter Arabia, S.J., who returned to the Father on March 4th, 2008.

Fr. Peter was a dear friend and we were blessed with many graces of his prayers, ministry, and gifts of the Holy Spirit which he shared so generously.  We are not sure why he was called home at such a young age and we will miss him immensely - his holiness, dedication, love, support, caring and friendship, yet we are certain that he went home in the arms of Our Lady. Our hearts and prayers are with his parents, brother, sister-in-law and their children.

Fr. Peter remains forever in our hearts and prayers and we know he will be interceding for us in a powerful way!

Vatican, Muslims prepare historic meeting with Pope

I know this does not have much to do with Medjugorje, but this intent is in need of our prayers. Peace is put to allot of tests these days. We need to listen to Our Lady telling us “Peace, peace, only peace. Reconcile yourselves. Peace must take place between God and man and between men.”

Mon. Mar 3, 2008.

By Philip Pullella

Pope Benedict XVI VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - Muslim representatives and Vatican officials begin talks this week that they hope will lead to an unprecedented Catholic-Islamic meeting.

Five representatives from each side will meet on Tuesday for two days in Rome to work out the details of a larger meeting that will include Pope Benedict later this year.

"We have to bring the dialogue up to date following the great successes of the pontificate of John Paul II," said Yahya Sergio Yahe Pallavicini, vice-president of the Italian Islamic Religious Community.

Message of Our Lady given through Mirjana, March 02. 2008.

Dear children,

I implore you, especially at this Lenten time, to respond to God's goodness because He chose you and sent me among you.  Be purified of sins and in Jesus, my Son, recognize the sacrifice of atonement for the sins of the entire world.  May He be the meaning of your life.  May your life become service to the Divine Love of my Son.  Thank you my children.

Our Lady blessed all those present and all the religious articles brought for blessing.  She called us anew to pray for our shepherds.

Ash Wednesday (2008)

Today is the first day of lent; it means there is forty days lent ahead of us or forty days before Easter. Ash Wednesday, we need to "Turn away from sin and be faithful to the Gospel." Genesis 3:19. The lent started; I hope you all decided what your sacrifices will be as an offering to Him and His passion for all of us.

As the year before, I will try to climb the mountain in my backyard, the Cross mountain, for all of you, your intentions and your petitions as many time as I can. I climbed it over 30 times for lent last year and I hope to do better this year.
Also, remember that the Stations of the Cross section is still present on our website and you can join with me in praying the Way of the Cross. Click HERE.

Dear children! In this time of grace, I call you to prayer. Pray and seek peace, little children. He who came here on earth to give you His peace, regardless of who you are and what you are – He, my Son, your Brother – through me is calling you to conversion, because without God you do not have a future or eternal life. Therefore, believe and pray and live in grace and the expectation of your personal meeting with Him. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

MARIAN CONSECRATION

I, (name), a faithless sinner, renew and ratify today in your hands, O Immaculate Mother, the vows of my Baptism; I renounce forever Satan, his pomps and works; and I give myself entirely to Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, to carry my cross after Him all the days of my life, and to be more faithful to Him than I have ever been before.
In the presence of all the heavenly court, I choose you this day for my Mother and Queen. I deliver and consecrate to you, as your slave, my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, and even the value of all my good actions, past, present, and future; leaving to you the entire and full right of disposing of me, and all that belongs to me, without exception, according to your good pleasure, for the greater glory of God, in time and eternity. Amen.
