A Little Reflection on the latest message by Sr. Isabel Bettwy Print E-mail

Message of May 25, 2007
Dear children! Pray with me to the Holy Spirit for Him to lead you in the search of God's will on the way of your holiness. And you, who are far from prayer, convert and, in the silence of your heart, seek salvation for your soul and nurture it with prayer. I bless you all individually with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.

Sunday is Pentecost Sunday, the day when we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit on Mary and the apostles and disciples gathered in the Upper Room in Jerusalem. We commemorate our having received the Holy Spirit in Baptism and having been strengthen again in Confirmation.
Our Lady is very much in touch with the Liturgical season and invites us to pray for more of the Holy Spirit so that we will be able to respond to God's will which will lead us along the path of holiness.
We are all on pilgrimage to the Eternal Kingdom, whether we know it or not. The path can be made easier if we follow the Father's plan and His will for our individual lives, for it is in His will that we will find our peace. Many people search for peace, and fail to realize that true peace can only be found in knowing and doing the will of God. In this message, Our Lady invites those who are far from the path of true holiness to convert, to turn again to the Father, to seek salvation, and to nurture it with prayer.
Who of us does not need deeper conversion? Pentecost is an opportunity for us to seek more of the Holy Spirit, to pray in the silence of our heart, "Come Holy Spirit, fill my heart, show me Your way" and to ask for all the gifts that the Apostles received on that first Pentecost, and then to move forward under the inspirations of the Holy Spirit. We can't go wrong! The Holy Spirit will not lead us away from the Father but is our sure guide to the Father.
Once again, Our Lady gives us her motherly blessing and thanks us for having responded to her call.  May we respond with open minds and hearts to Our Lady's invitations.

Dear children! In this time of grace, I call you to prayer. Pray and seek peace, little children. He who came here on earth to give you His peace, regardless of who you are and what you are – He, my Son, your Brother – through me is calling you to conversion, because without God you do not have a future or eternal life. Therefore, believe and pray and live in grace and the expectation of your personal meeting with Him. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

Who's Online

I, (name), a faithless sinner, renew and ratify today in your hands, O Immaculate Mother, the vows of my Baptism; I renounce forever Satan, his pomps and works; and I give myself entirely to Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, to carry my cross after Him all the days of my life, and to be more faithful to Him than I have ever been before.
In the presence of all the heavenly court, I choose you this day for my Mother and Queen. I deliver and consecrate to you, as your slave, my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, and even the value of all my good actions, past, present, and future; leaving to you the entire and full right of disposing of me, and all that belongs to me, without exception, according to your good pleasure, for the greater glory of God, in time and eternity. Amen.
