Marija Pavlovic - Vienna 2009 |

Marija spent the evening of September 15th in Vienna, having her apparition at St. Stephan's Cathedral ("Stephansdom"). All seats in the cathedral were packed with thousands of people from all over Austria.
Magnus MacFarlane-Barrow told the audience how a visit to Medjugorje inspired him to found Mary's Meals.
Georg Pospischil, an elderly man from Austria, told how participating in last year's Medjugorje prayer rally in St. Stephan's Cathedral, along with his continued prayers to Our Lady, relieved his wife from a severe liver disease. Visionary Ivan had been present, and after his apparition in the church, he had told the audience that God is able to heal everyone. "Then I thought to myself: When he says so, I must believe it. That evening I wrote in my diary: 'I firmly believe my wife will be healed' ", Georg Pospischil testified.
During Marija's apparition, an atmosphere of peace took hold of the
church. Her general testimony of the apparitions resembled the
testimony she usually gives.
The prayer meeting ended with a surprise when Cardinal Christoph
Schönborn led the closing prayers. The Cardinal was "obviously moved"
(kath.net's expression) from seeing so many people in the cathedral,
especially so many young people.
"We must thank The Lord that, through His Mother, so many people are
being led to the love of God, that people go to confession again, and
develop a love of the Eucharist. Reconciliations take place in
families, and people are being healed from drugs and other
dependencies", said Cardinal Schönborn.
"It is a great gift that Our Lady wants to be so close to all her
children" and "(it is a) sign of the times that Mary touches people
through such simple signs", he also said.
