Luckily my father has a small Russian all terrain vehicle that he uses for when he goes to the vineyards I was able to go to the store and get some necessities for us and the neighbors.

It is sad that we in fact are paying top money when we register our cars, we are taxed for this and that and the chunk goes to the winter maintenance and cleaning of the roads. The funny part is the fact that we only have snow once in 3 years for an inch or two and once in 10 years it goes over a foot. Needless to say that the municipality snowplow service did not go through once over the past tree days. It is just our reality and it is quite sad as there is people that go to the hospital on daily basis for their treatment and now they are home bound for who knows how long.
